The CIDAN RAPIDO guillotine is a fast and reliable metal shearing machine. Depending on the length of the processed metal, guillotines with the following working lengths are available: 1300 mm / 2600 mm / 3200 mm / 4100 mm. Shearing thickness: 3.5 - 1.5 mm. The guillotine can perform up to 35 cuts per minute. The drive system with eccentrics, drop-down sheet holding bars, and the material clamping system during shearing are positioned only 2.5 cm from the knives, allowing for easy, quick, and convenient cutting of narrow strips. RAPIDO guillotine shears feature angular guides on both sides of the table to ensure precise material feeding at a right angle and LED illumination of the cutting area, clearly displaying the cutting line.

Backgauge and CUTLINK control system
CUTLINK is a fast, reliable, and user-friendly program that allows up to 10 different operations to be entered simultaneously. The backgauge automatically adjusts according to the specified parameters. As standard, the guillotine is equipped with a 750 mm deep backgauge, but a 1000 mm backgauge is available as an option if required.

Sheet support and return
For maximum control, the rear sheet support is pneumatically operated. This allows the feed rate to be adjusted according to the material type being processed. After cutting, the backgauge lowers the material into the return trolley (forward return). If needed, a rear sheet return function is available as an option.
