The Citizen Cincom M16 is a high-precision CNC Swiss-type automatic lathe designed for demanding series production of small and precision components. With a machining diameter of up to ø16 mm, a machining length of up to 200 mm, and high spindle speeds of up to 10,000 rpm, this machine is ideally suited for complex turning operations. The integrated C-axis on both main and sub spindles allows precise positioning and advanced milling/drilling operations.

The machine offers extensive tooling capacity, accommodating up to 21 tools as well as several driven stations, enabling even highly complex processes to be performed in one setup. Generous axis travels and precise feed increments of 0.001 mm ensure outstanding manufacturing quality with minimal tolerances.

Scope of delivery includes an LNS Express-220 bar feeder from 2011, enabling automated material loading and significantly increasing both productivity and process reliability. A range of tool holders is also included. The machine is robustly built for continuous industrial operation—ideal for manufacturing watch, medical, electronics, or automotive components.
