The RC-1-0505 stud welding system impresses with its high-quality features and
a safety enclosure with protective screens and additional light curtain.
A CDP-99 stud welder for tip ignition as well as a fully automatic stud feeder and KAH100 welding head are installed.
The machine's working area is 500 x 500 mm.
Even untrained operators will find the system easy to use and program.
Welding positions can also be set using a cross laser and handheld control
using the teach-in procedure.
