COMPex excimer lasers are highly efficient light sources, featuring a compact design for simple installation and operation. They deliver outstanding results in demanding applications such as solid sampling systems (LA-ICPMS), material research (PLD), and precise material processing.
With ceramic pre-ionization, the COMPex offers pulse energies of several hundred millijoules plus unparalleled pulse-to-pulse stability.
The COMPex also comes equipped with an improved gas processor, extending both gas and optics lifetime.
