General Description

The CRONOSSTECH 150/50 ton column-type hydraulic drawing press is an industrial press solution developed for metal forming, deep drawing, and precision pressing applications, featuring a four-column rigid frame structure.

The St52 grade steel construction body undergoes a stress relief process using the vibration method. This ensures high parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances are maintained during prolonged operations. The ram and cushion systems operate independently; stroke and pressure settings can be adjusted precisely via the touchscreen panel.

Incorporating REXROTH or PARKER hydraulic components, IE3 motor class, and PLC-controlled structure, the press offers high efficiency, reliability, and an extended service life. Automatic lubrication system and electronic filter contamination alerts minimize maintenance requirements.

With a capacity of 150/50 tons, this model is an ideal solution for serial production, die testing, and medium to high tonnage deep drawing applications.
