General Description

The CRONOSSTECH 200 / 70 ton four-column hydraulic deep drawing press is a high-rigidity four-column hydraulic press solution designed for metal spinning, deep drawing, and precision pressing applications.

The St52 grade steel construction frame undergoes stress-relieving via vibration method, ensuring high parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances are maintained during prolonged operations. The ram and cushion systems operate independently; stroke and pressure settings can be precisely adjusted via the touch panel.

Equipped with REXROTH or PARKER hydraulic components, IE3 motor class, and PLC-controlled architecture, the press provides high efficiency and reliable performance. The automatic lubrication system and electronic filter contamination warnings ensure minimum maintenance requirements.

With its 200 / 70 ton capacity, this model is an ideal industrial press solution for medium and high tonnage metal forming, deep drawing, and die applications.
