General Description

The CRONOSSTECH 40/15 ton column type hydraulic deep drawing press is a compact and rigid press solution designed for precision metal forming, deep drawing, and spinning applications. Thanks to its four-column body construction, parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances are maintained consistently throughout the pressing cycle.

The press frame, manufactured from St52 grade steel, undergoes stress-relief treatment by vibration method. Ram and cushion systems can be controlled independently, with stroke and pressure adjustments made precisely via touch panel.

Equipped with REXROTH or PARKER branded hydraulic components, an IE3 class motor and an automatic lubrication system, the press ensures long-lasting, safe, and efficient operation. Operator errors are minimized thanks to the user-friendly PLC-controlled system.

This model is an ideal solution for small and medium-sized spinning, deep drawing, die testing, and precision pressing applications.
