General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are engineered with a double-acting (ram + blankholder) system architecture for high-tonnage sheet metal forming, deep drawing, and spinning applications. Thanks to the 8-guided H-frame construction, maximum rigidity is achieved throughout the pressing operation, with parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances consistently maintained even at large table dimensions.

The CHSP 1000/350 model, equipped with a 1000-ton main ram and a 350-ton blankholder capacity, is specifically designed for deep drawing processes in automotive, white goods, defense, and heavy industry applications where controlled material flow is critical. The stress-relieved steel construction frame ensures long-lasting and reliable performance.
