General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are engineered with a double-acting working principle to provide controlled material flow in sheet metal forming, deep drawing, and spinning applications. Thanks to the 8-guideway H-frame structure, maximum rigidity is maintained throughout the pressing operation, ensuring stable parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances during the stroke.

The CHSP 150/50 model, with a 150-ton main ram and 50-ton cushion ram (pot) capacity, is designed for precision and repeatable deep drawing operations. The frame construction is stress relieved by vibration, aiming for durable and reliable operation.
