General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are developed for heavy-duty deep drawing applications that require very high tonnage, large table dimensions, and precise blank holder force. The 8-gib H-frame structure ensures high rigidity during press operations, maintaining parallelism and squareness tolerances throughout the long stroke of ram and table movements.

The CHSP 2500/800 model, with a 2500-ton main ram and 800-ton blank holder capacity, provides maximum stability, controlled material flow, and repeatable production performance for large and deep-drawing dies. The steel frame, stress-relieved by vibration, is designed for long-lasting and reliable operation under heavy industrial conditions.
