General Description

The CRONOSSTECH CHSP series H-type hydraulic deep drawing presses are developed with a double-acting operation principle to provide controlled material flow in sheet metal forming, deep drawing, and spinning applications. Thanks to its 8-slide H-frame structure, the machine ensures maximum rigidity throughout the pressing process, maintaining stable parallelism and perpendicularity tolerances along the full stroke length.

The CHSP 400/150 model is designed for deep drawing and spinning applications requiring high tonnage, offering a 400-ton main ram and a 150-ton blank holder (cushion) capacity. The machine’s frame construction is stress-relieved by vibration to ensure long-lasting and reliable operation.
