Scope of Overhaul:

- Complete renewal of all electrics (by a professional with wiring diagram!)
- Cleaning
- Polishing of all bare metal parts
- Repainting
- Replacement of various nameplates
- Replacement of all standard parts (screws, handles, levers, handwheels, oil sight glasses, etc.)
- Bearing and sealing of the upper gear shaft
- Sealing of the coolant pump
- Conversion of the feed axes to safety handwheels
- New installation of the coolant lines
- Adjustment of gib strips and axis clamps

On request, the machine can be fitted with glass scales on all axes.

The machine can be inspected and tested by appointment.
