About the Machine:

Offered here is a Deckel FP4M universal milling machine, Active variant, in very good condition. The machine exhibits minimal backlash, and all axes can be moved smoothly. Even at maximum spindle speed, the milling machine runs smoothly and quietly. The machine features hydraulic clamping. The FP4M was only occasionally used for training purposes in a government facility. This newer FP4 model offers infinitely variable feed in all three axes, plus rapid traverse for each axis. A major advantage is the 3-axis Heidenhain digital readout. With this Heidenhain position control, you can enter dimensions and the machine will automatically move to those positions. An oil change has been performed. Mechanically and electrically tested. The Heidenhain digital readout makes operation easier and even more precise.
