Di Piu BRIK MB100

A complete production line based on the Di Più BRIK MB100 briquetting press (complete production line) is for sale.

The DI PIU BRIK MB100 machine has been completely overhauled (factory refurbished in 2025) and is ready for immediate operation. The machine is designed for high-performance briquetting and is suitable for demanding industrial applications.

The machine has approximately 2,000 operating hours. It has been newly refurbished at the Di Piu factory, with all vital components, cables, electrical wiring, and necessary electrical equipment replaced. This brings the machine to a like-new condition and comes with a 6-month Di Piu factory warranty.

The machine can produce briquettes with or without a hole, with diameters from 90 mm to 110 mm, from softwood or hardwood, in round or square shapes.

Machine inspection is possible at the factory in Italy: Di Più Systems Srl, Via dell’Innovazione 11, 36042 Breganze (VI), Italy.

The Di Piu BRIK MB100 mechanical briquetting press is an automatic machine for compressing wood, sawdust, and other waste materials into wood briquettes.

Ideal input material moisture is between 8% and 12%, and particle size between 1 mm and 12 mm.

The machine is equipped with all accessories needed for full operation and integration into a briquetting line: ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT – MB100:
- Dosing silo: Made of heavy-duty steel construction. Diameter: 1500 mm, height: 1000 mm. Equipped with a rotary cutter with 2.2 kW gearbox, mounted on a robust steel frame. Material feed controlled by level sensor.
- Post-extrusion briquette cooling line, total length 20 metres
- Automatic saw for cutting briquettes
- Saw automatically cuts briquettes to operator pre-set lengths
- Device for hole-in-briquette production
- Machine head cooling system with chilled water
- System produces 50 litres/minute of chilled water for efficient cooling of the briquetting press head.
- Air-cooled water chiller with hermetic spiral compressors, microprocessor control, and large energy storage tank with immersed water–coolant heat exchanger.
- Heat exchanger is a high-efficiency "fin-pack" type, made from copper tubes and aluminium fins.
- Water tank capacity: 800 litres
- Water supply pump (50 l/min – 20 m head – 0.55 kW) with two DN25 three-way valves for regulating cooling water temperature at the press head.
- Digital electronic temperature controller connected to NTC sensor (measuring element d.6 × 52 mm, IP68, AISI 316).
