Robust steel construction – designed for continuous operation

The main frame is constructed from durable structural steel, using laser-cut, bent, and welded components.
The surface features a high-quality powder coating in RAL0208.

Modular design:
Our conveyor belt frames are available in transportable sections. As a result, the system is:

- Easy to transport and assemble
- Can be extended or shortened at any time
- Ideal for later modifications or system adjustments

Conveying technology & carrying rollers

The carrying roller assembly in the lower strand is designed for smooth and reliable operation:

- Axle diameter: 60/15 mm
- Roller station spacing: approx. 500 mm (individually adjustable)
- Tighter roller spacing available in the feed area for increased load capacity, on request

Drives & rollers

The drive roller and tail roller are made of S235 steel, welded and precisely machined:

- Ø 220 × 700 mm, crowned surface
- Shaft fixed with pillow block bearings
- Bearing points equipped with robust UCF flange bearings incl. grease nipples

Drive unit:
- Hydromec worm gear motor 1.1 kW

- Connection: 400V / 50 Hz, protection class IP54
- Drive pre-wired up to the motor terminal box (Start-up must be performed by a qualified electrician)

Conveyor belt

A durable, industrial-grade belt is used:
- DM EP250/2, 3+1.5 mm cover
- Chevron profile 17 mm high, 650 mm wide
- Joint area without profile
- Endless, hot vulcanized
