User-Friendly Design for Faster Implementation
The CR16AS features the industry's first dual-channel end effector design, enabling direct connection to multiple end-of-arm tools. It is also equipped with a visual status indicator on the base for intuitive monitoring of the operating state.
More Possibilities with High Payload and Large Radius
The CR16AS offers a working radius of 1000 mm and a maximum payload capacity of 16 kg. Thanks to an advanced motion control algorithm, the CR16AS operates with greater stability and exhibits 50% less residual vibration during rapid emergency stops.

24 Interface Connections for Increased Flexibility
The CR16AS supports Profinet and Ethernet/IP communication protocols, making seamless integration with PLCs possible. It features 24 digital I/O ports with industry-leading support for both PNP and NPN switching, ensuring easy expansion of applications.
High Protection Level for Safe Collaboration
Robot arm and controller both achieve a high protection class of IP54. In case of overload, the robot automatically triggers an alarm. The CR16AS also features an innovative electromagnetic brake protection that reduces the drop height of the end tool in the event of a power failure.
