The Kistler NCFH 60 NC joining module is integrated into an industrial dual-station/spindle unit for automated series production (e.g., friction welding or precision pressing).

The system is characterized by its high precision, integrated force-displacement monitoring (piezoelectric sensors), and an extremely robust design for continuous industrial use.

Precise insertion and joining:
Ideal for highly accurate assembly processes in the automotive industry, electrical manufacturing, or general mechanical engineering.

Integrated quality assurance (force-displacement monitoring):
The integrated piezoelectric sensors measure the exact tensile and compressive forces acting during the pressing process, depending on the position.
