A flexographic printing, slotting, die-cutting, and gluing line with bundle ejector (Flexo Folder Gluer) for the production and processing of corrugated board by DY Machinery is available. Processes: feeding, printing, creasing, slotting, die-cutting, folding, gluing, and bundle ejection. Production speed: 220 sheets/min, max. sheet size X/Y: 1200mm/2750mm, max. print area X/Y: 1170mm/2700mm, min. sheet size X/Y: 320mm/600mm, total machine weight: approx. 42t. 1) Belt feeder with vacuum, dust separator, speed display, and alignment device. 2) Top-side flexo printing with pull-roll transfer, ink stop sensors, and automatic cleaning. 3) Creasing and slotting unit with trim and glue flap knives, slot knife thickness: 8mm. 4) Rotary die-cutter with polyurethane anvil and soft die-cutting system, die-cutting accuracy: +/-25mm. 5) Down-folding and gluing unit with VALCO VC 350 AG system. 6) Top stacker with bundle holding system for bundle ejection. 7) Central control system ACCS-2000 with order memory capacity of 100,000 jobs. The entire system features remote control for the flexo units, folding and gluing unit, and bundle ejector. Documentation available. On-site inspection possible. Expected to be available from October 2025.
