Sanding Line B Sand 5 with Partial Rotator
Operating Principle:
The panel is placed on the infeed table. It enters the partial rotator and is centered. It is then sanded in the sanding machine, first passing through and then returning. The panel is rotated in the partial rotator. The second side is sanded in the sanding line. Afterwards, there are two options: either the panel is transferred to the outfeed table and unloaded, or it is returned to the infeed table and unloaded there (the second option increases the processing time).
Sanding Line Equipment:
- 1 upper sanding lamella roller, suitable for surfaces. Power: 3 kW; Diameter: 420 mm; Length: 1300 mm.
- Cross brush, suitable for sanding cross grain. Diameter: 420 mm; Length: 300 mm. Power: 1.1 kW.
- Cross brush, suitable for sanding cross grain. Diameter: 420 mm; Length: 300 mm. Power: 1.1 kW.
- 3 upper sanding discs for perfect trimming of longitudinal and cross wood fibers. Power: 1.5 kW each; Diameter: 400 mm.
- Disc brush for chamfering the edges. The unit functions as a deep brush. Once the panel edges are detected, it follows the door edges. Power: 0.75 kW; Diameter: 250 mm.
Machine Features:
- The unique sanding system of this machine guarantees a perfect wood surface finish and/or intermediate sanding of panels.
