Operating Principle:
The panel is placed on the infeed table. It enters the partial rotator and is centered. It is then sanded in the sanding machine, first passing through and then returning. The panel is rotated in the partial rotator. The second side is sanded in the sanding line. Afterwards, there are two options: either the panel is transferred to the outfeed table and unloaded, or it is returned to the infeed table and unloaded there (the second option increases the processing time).

Sanding Line Equipment:
- 1 upper sanding lamella roller, suitable for surfaces. Power: 3 kW; Diameter: 420 mm; Length: 1300 mm.
- Cross brush, suitable for sanding cross grain. Diameter: 420 mm; Length: 300 mm. Power: 1.1 kW.
- Cross brush, suitable for sanding cross grain. Diameter: 420 mm; Length: 300 mm. Power: 1.1 kW.
- 3 upper sanding discs for perfect trimming of longitudinal and cross wood fibers. Power: 1.5 kW each; Diameter: 400 mm.
- Disc brush for chamfering the edges. The unit functions as a deep brush. Once the panel edges are detected, it follows the door edges. Power: 0.75 kW; Diameter: 250 mm.

Machine Features:
- The unique sanding system of this machine guarantees a perfect wood surface finish and/or intermediate sanding of panels.
- All tools are controlled by frequency converters.
- All brushes are equipped with quick-change sanding strips that do not require hub replacement.
- The discs are equipped with air nozzles to optimize cleaning and cycle time.
- Sanding pads equipped with hook-and-loop fastener system.
- Feed and rotation speeds are controlled by PLC to prevent edge chipping.
- High-quality sanding on all four sides thanks to the machine’s consistent material removal.

- Infinitely variable speed of discs, brushes and feed via frequency inverter, full equipment.

- Additional adjustment for brushes and discs to optimize abrasive use and enable adjustment of sanding pressure on surfaces.
- Sturdy machine base made of steel tubing ensures best rigidity, stability and flatness.
- Planed upper machine bed for optimal parallelism of the working surface for the sanding discs.
- All carriages of the aggregate are built with linear ball bearing guides, ensuring high load capacity and precision.
- Motorized feed belt controlled by frequency inverter, 0.55 kW.
- Machine doors equipped with safety devices.
- Machine doors feature windows for observing workpieces during operation.
- Rubber-coated pressure rollers (D 80 mm) under the units hold the workpieces in place during processing.
- Low follow-up costs due to individual replacement of lamellas.
