During the overhaul in 2023, the following works were carried out:
-The machine was completely dismantled, cleaned, and repainted
-The main spindle was newly fitted with bearings
-In X-axis and Z-axis, the linear guides and guide shoes were renewed
-The ball screws in X-axis and Z-axis were newly replaced
-New central lubrication unit and new hoses
-The hydraulic unit was inspected and serviced. Drive coupling between motor and pump was newly replaced
-The coolant unit was inspected and serviced: differential temperature controller was replaced
-The clamping cylinder was re-bushed and re-sealed.
-The gearbox for the A-axis was newly fitted with bearings and the coupling between motor and gearbox was newly replaced
-Electrical cabinet was cleaned
-Operator panel was replaced
-New display screen
-New inner lighting
-Turret was dismantled, wear parts checked, cleaned and re-sealed
-Turret encoder and encoder wheel cleaned
-Linear measurement systems in X-axis and Z-axis dismantled and cleaned
-Springs on pickup station newly replaced
-Motors of X-axis and Z-axis checked for bearing damage
-Windows at the working door replaced
-Chip conveyor fully dismantled, newly fitted with bearings, cleaned and repainted
-Of course, various small parts on the machine were also replaced as part of the overhaul
