Linked EMAG machining line for spur gears / planetary gears / gears.

Highly productive manufacturing line for planetary gears including integrated automation with raw part storage, marking device, basket stacking cell for finished parts, and a complete dry production process.
Consisting of:
- 1x EMAG raw parts storage (stacker)
- 2x EMAG vertical single-spindle turning centers VLC 100 (Siemens 840 Dsl)
- 1x EMAG-KOEPFER vertical hobbing machine VLC 200 H (Siemens 840 Dsl)
- 1x EMAG-KOEPFER vertical chamfering machine VLC 100 C, press deburring (Siemens 840 Dsl)
- 1x EMAG internal automation “TRACKMOTION” with two trolleys (Translift) and independent control, operated via mobile control device HT8, for feeding and transporting parts in the automation aisle between stations (with integrated flipping unit) and parts removal.
- O-band automation for up to 24 pallets at each EMAG machining station, allowing optional independent automation operation of each machine
- 1x parts marking station (MARKATOR scribe marker)
- 1x EKF automation (gantry) for parts handling between EMAG TRACKMOTION, marking station, and stacking cell
- 1x EKF basket stacking cell for finished parts storage, with 3 basket stacks, continuous operation even during basket stack change.
- Lathes with 12-position turret VDI30, sister tool management, tool life monitoring, integrated probe for dimensional inspection.

Disassembly and loading of the machining center and equipment shall be carried out by the buyer.

Inspection under power is possible by appointment.
