Description:
The double-motor long-tub vibratory finishing machine BPT 1000 from ERBA is ideal for ball polishing or processing of heavy workpieces. Thanks to its two motors, it is also capable of moving particularly heavy media and applying the necessary pressure to the workpieces.

The machine features a durable, hot-cast polyurethane lining. Draining and separation are carried out via a bottom discharge (manual/pneumatic). The working chamber can be divided into sections for individual part processing with the use of removable partitions. The machine is equipped with an electrical control cabinet and can optionally be fitted with a fully automatic PLC process control system. Motor speed can be continuously variable via frequency inverter (optional).
