The use of hydraulic hold-downs to secure the sheet and the support table with integrated ball rollers ensures ergonomic and efficient shearing for your operator. The CNC control allows for different sheet materials already stored in the material library to be used. After selecting the maximum thickness, the optimal cutting gap is set automatically via CNC control electo-hydraulically, but can also be adjusted manually. The position and withdrawal function of the motorized back gauge can easily be set via touchscreen. Additionally, the control offers storage for cutting programs with cutting sequences.
