The POWER BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide range of press forces from 40 to 400 tons to meet your specific requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be extended as a tandem machine, providing great flexibility for bending lengths. The machine is equipped with numerous features that ensure easy and safe operation. The robust machine design, combined with precise CNC control, guarantees long-lasting and reliable performance. In addition, the machine offers a variety of expansion and equipment options for customization to your needs. The DELEM DA CNC graphic control enables convenient touchscreen operation and offers a comprehensive safety package. The machine can be easily controlled via an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left swivel arm. Bending operations are initiated by pressing a footswitch. An additional safety laser in the working area and a rear light curtain protect the operator. The CNC control automatically calculates press force, bending tolerance, crowning adjustment, embossing force, and tool safety zones.
