The ERMAK POWER BEND PRO press brake is a highly versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide range of press forces from 40 to 400 tons to meet your individual requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be configured as a tandem machine, offering maximum flexibility for bending lengths. The machine includes numerous features for simple and safe operation. Its robust machine design combined with precise CNC control ensures long-lasting and reliable performance. Additionally, the machine provides a variety of expansion and equipment options, allowing for custom adaptation to your needs. The DELEM DA graphic CNC control allows convenient operation via touchscreen and comes with a comprehensive safety package. The machine can be easily operated through an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left swing arm, and bending operations are initiated using a foot switch. In addition to this safety feature, operators are protected by a safety laser in the working area and a rear light curtain. The CNC control system automatically calculates press force, bending tolerance, crowning adjustment, embossing force, and tool safety zones.
