The POWER BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine, available in a variety of bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide range of press forces from 40 to 400 tons to suit your specific needs. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be expanded as a tandem machine, allowing for great flexibility in bending lengths. It features numerous functions that ensure simple and safe operation. The robust machine design, combined with precise CNC control, guarantees long-lasting and reliable performance. Furthermore, the machine offers numerous options for upgrading and customizing to your individual requirements. The DELEM DA CNC graphical control provides convenient operation via touchscreen and offers a comprehensive safety package. The machine can be easily operated with an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left-hand swing arm. Bending operations are initiated by actuating a foot switch. In addition to this safety measure, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the working area and a rear light barrier. The CNC control system automatically calculates pressing force, bending tolerances, crowning settings, embossing force, and tool safety zones.
