The POWER BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide selection of press capacities from 40 to 400 tons to meet your individual requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be configured as a tandem machine, giving you maximum flexibility in bending length. It features numerous functions to ensure simple and safe operation. The robust machine concept combined with precise CNC control ensures durable and reliable performance. Additionally, the machine offers a wide range of expansion and equipment options to be individually tailored to your needs. The DELEM DA CNC graphic controller allows for convenient operation via touchscreens and provides a comprehensive safety package. The machine can easily be operated via an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left swing arm. Bending operations are initiated by a foot switch. In addition to this safety feature, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the work area and a rear light curtain. The press force, bending tolerance, crowning adjustment, embossing force, and tool safety zones are automatically calculated by the CNC control of the press brake.
