The POWER BEND PRO Press Brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine, available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide selection of pressing forces from 40–400 tons to meet your specific requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be configured as a tandem machine, providing significant flexibility for bending lengths. The machine is equipped with numerous features that ensure simple and safe operation. The robust machine design combined with precise CNC control guarantees long-lasting and reliable performance. Additionally, the machine offers a wide range of expansion and equipment options to be tailored to your needs. The DELEM DA CNC graphical control allows convenient operation via touchscreen and offers a comprehensive safety package. The machine can be easily operated using an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left swing arm. The bending operations are started with a foot switch. In addition to this safety feature, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the working area and a rear light curtain. The CNC control automatically calculates press force, bending tolerance, crowning adjustment, embossing force, and tooling safety zones.
