The POWER BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine, available in a range of bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a broad spectrum of press capacities from 40–400 tonnes to meet your individual requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be extended as a tandem machine, offering a high degree of flexibility for various bending lengths. It features numerous functions that ensure simple and safe operation. The robust machine design, combined with precise CNC control, guarantees long-lasting and reliable performance. Furthermore, the machine provides a wide variety of expansion and equipment options to customize for your specific needs. The DELEM DA graphical CNC control enables easy operation via touchscreen and offers a comprehensive safety package. The machine can be operated simply and conveniently from an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left pivot arm. Bending operations are initiated by a foot switch. In addition to this safety feature, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the working area and a rear light barrier. The press force, bending tolerance, crowning adjustment, embossing force, and tool safety zones are automatically calculated by the CNC controller.
