The SPEED BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine, available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide range of pressing forces from 40 to 1500 tons to meet your individual requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be expanded as a tandem machine, providing great flexibility in bending lengths. It is equipped with numerous features to ensure simple and safe operation. The robust machine design, coupled with precise CNC control, guarantees long-lasting and reliable performance. Furthermore, the machine provides a variety of upgrade and equipment options to tailor it to your specific needs. The CNC DELEM DA graphical control enables user-friendly operation via touchscreens and comes with a comprehensive safety package. The machine is easily controlled via an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left swivel arm. The bending cycles are initiated by means of a foot pedal. In addition to this safety measure, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the working area and a rear light barrier. The CNC control of the press brake automatically calculates the pressing force, bending tolerance, crowning adjustment, embossing force, and tool safety zones.
