The SPEED BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive and precisely controlled machine, available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide range of press forces from 40 to 1,500 tons to meet your individual requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be configured as a tandem machine, providing you with great flexibility in terms of bending lengths. It is equipped with numerous features that ensure easy and safe operation. The robust design, in combination with precise CNC control, guarantees long-lasting and reliable performance. Additionally, the machine offers a wide variety of options and additional equipment to tailor it to your specific needs. The DELEM DA graphical CNC control allows for convenient operation via touchscreens and provides a comprehensive safety package. The machine can be easily operated via an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left swing arm. The bending operation is initiated with a foot switch. In addition to this safety feature, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the working area and a rear light barrier. The CNC controller automatically calculates pressing force, bending tolerance, crowning settings, embossing force, and tool safety zones.
