The SPEED BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine, available in a variety of bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide range of pressing forces from 40 to 1,500 tons to meet your individual requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be expanded as a tandem machine, giving you maximum flexibility in bending lengths. It features numerous functions to ensure safe and easy operation. The robust machine concept, combined with precise CNC control, guarantees long-lasting and reliable performance. In addition, the machine offers a variety of extension and equipment options to tailor it exactly to your needs. The DELEM DA CNC graphical control allows for convenient operation via touchscreen and provides a comprehensive safety package. The machine can easily be operated via an LCD touchscreen located on the left swing arm. Bending operations are initiated by actuating a foot switch. For added safety, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the working area and a rear light barrier. The CNC control automatically calculates press force, bending tolerance, crowning adjustment, embossing force, and tool safety zones.
