The SPEED BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine, available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide range of pressing forces from 40 to 1,500 tons to meet your individual requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be extended as a tandem machine, providing great flexibility in bending lengths. It features numerous functions ensuring easy and safe operation. The robust machine design, in combination with the precise CNC control, guarantees long-lasting and reliable performance. Furthermore, the machine offers a variety of extension and equipment options to tailor it to your specific needs. The DELEM DA CNC graphic control system enables convenient operation via touchscreens and offers a comprehensive safety package. The machine can be easily operated via an LCD touchscreen located on the left swing arm. Bending processes are initiated by actuating a foot switch. In addition to this safety feature, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the working area and a rear light barrier. The press force, bending tolerance, crowning setting, embossing force, and tool safety zones are automatically calculated via the CNC control of the press brake.
