The SPEED BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine, available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide range of pressing forces from 40 to 1,500 tons to meet your individual requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be configured as a tandem machine, providing great flexibility for different bending lengths. It features numerous functions that ensure easy and safe operation. The robust machine concept, combined with precise CNC control, delivers long-lasting and reliable performance. In addition, the machine offers a variety of expansion and configuration options to adapt it to your specific needs. The DELEM DA graphical CNC controller allows for convenient operation via touchscreens and includes a comprehensive safety package. The machine can be easily controlled using an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left swing arm. Bending cycles are initiated by operating a foot switch. As an added safety measure, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the working area and a rear light curtain. The CNC controller automatically calculates pressing force, bending tolerance, crowning adjustment, embossing force, and tool safety zones.
