The SPEED BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine, available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide range of pressing forces from 40-1,500 tons to meet your individual requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be extended as a tandem machine, providing you with great flexibility in bending length. It is equipped with numerous features that ensure simple and safe operation. The robust machine design, combined with precise CNC control, guarantees a long service life and reliable performance. Additionally, the machine offers a variety of expansion and equipment options to tailor it to your individual needs. The DELEM DA CNC graphical control enables easy operation via touchscreen and provides a comprehensive safety package. The machine can be conveniently controlled using an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left swing arm. The bending process is initiated by actuating a foot switch. In addition to this safety feature, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the working area and a rear light curtain. The CNC control automatically calculates pressing force, bending tolerance, crowning setting, coining force, and tool safety zones for the press brake.
