The SPEED BEND PRO press brake from ERMAK is an extremely versatile, productive, and precisely controlled machine, available in various bending lengths from 1,270 mm up to 6,000 mm. It offers a wide range of pressing forces from 40 to 1,500 tons to meet your individual requirements. This CNC-controlled press brake can also be extended as a tandem machine, providing great flexibility for bending lengths. The machine features numerous functions that guarantee easy and safe operation. Its robust design, combined with precise CNC control, ensures long-lasting and reliable performance. Furthermore, the machine offers a variety of extension and equipment options, allowing you to tailor it to your specific needs. The DELEM DA CNC graphic control allows user-friendly operation via touchscreens and offers a comprehensive safety package. The machine is operated simply via an LCD touchscreen mounted on the left swing arm. Bending operations are started by actuating a foot switch. In addition to this safety measure, the operator is protected by a safety laser in the working area and a rear light curtain. The press force, bending tolerance, crowning adjustment, embossing force, and tooling safety zones are automatically calculated via the press brake’s CNC control.
