Brush roller unit with two counter-rotating brush roller shafts
350 mm Ø, drive 2 x 5.5 kW, abrasive flaps or non-woven abrasive flaps,
can be adjusted for wear.

Brush roller unit for mounting 2 rollers with Ø 250 mm,
drive 2 x 5.5 kW, rollers adjustable via hand wheel, also ideal for
removal of oxide layers.

Wet grinding unit with belt filter system and closed
water circuit, mounted underneath the conveyor belt and easily retractable
from the machine.

Washing and drying unit, designed for minimum workpiece length 80 mm,
water and air volume adjustable, etc.

Workpiece transport is front-side via continuous conveyor belt
(min. part length 350 mm) with a vacuum suction unit over a width of
300 mm on the right, as well as a magnetic track with a width of 300 mm to hold
small parts up to at least 80 mm long.

Frequency inverter for stepless speed control of the abrasive flap
brushes from 250 - 1,000 RPM, position 2 top, as well as for the
belt feed.

Control panel with user-friendly interface and digital display of
roller adjustment, 4 ammeters to monitor the roller drives,
indicator LEDs.
Quick-change system for lateral removal of abrasive flap
brushes and various spare rollers with non-woven and brush filling.
