ET 6600-2 Rotary Table Wet Blasting System

Process Description:

The principle of wet blasting has proven to be an extremely effective and efficient cleaning system for several decades.

The ET 6600 is a rotary table wet blasting system based on the turbine wheel principle, specifically designed for removing contaminants such as oils, greases, emulsions, rust, scale, paint, or other organic residues from components. The system is equipped as standard with a process chamber, two blasting wheels, a spray nozzle/air blow-off manifold, and a rotary table that rotates parts in front of the blasting wheels and spraying/blow-off manifold, enabling processing of all areas to be cleaned on the parts in a multi-stage process (blasting + washing + rinsing + interim drying).

Various types of parts contaminated with oils, greases, emulsions, rust, scale, or other contaminants

Primarily metal parts, but parts made of mineral materials or plastics are also possible
