Everest SprayClean machines are designed for efficient cleaning of industrial parts using hot, high-pressure water and biodegradable cleaning agents. SprayClean models feature fully insulated liquid tanks, steam extraction, pneumatic front doors, and a motorized basket system as standard. Rinsing and drying processes can also be added to these models upon customer request. Multi-stage systems are controlled via a PLC system. Optional accessories include oil skimmer, oil separator unit, filter unit, dosing pump, loading trolley, cabin and housing insulation, etc. Rotary washer as front loader, cleaning by pressure spraying with hot water. Machines are available in different sizes: basket diameters from 900 - 1,800 mm, loading capacities from 300 - 800 kg, and loading heights from 500 - 900 mm.
