- Various accessories, separate control cabinet, separate hydraulic unit 900 L, coolant unit integrated into the machine, control console with plain text error messages, etc.
ROTO FLO machines are ideal for series production of smaller gears/profiles and are significantly more economical than hobbing.
The workpieces are clamped between centers and profiled using synchronised, counter-moving rack tools.
The material is displaced and formed along the increasing profile height of the rack tool. In the calibrating zone of the tool, profile shape and surface finish are optimized. No profile run-out, as is required for milling or shaping, takes place.
The machine is characterized by extremely robust design.
Tool service life of 25,000 to 100,000 pieces can be achieved, even for helical gearing.
Condition: very good — set up in our warehouse and ready for demonstration
