GLASS CUTTING TABLE EQUIPMENT:
- Manually extendable support arms for vertical loading (covered with replaceable ash wood cubes)
- 4 heavy-duty swivel castors Ø80 mm made of polyamide for moving the table
- 4 height-adjustable feet for precise horizontal alignment of the table at the workplace
- Tabletop surface: high-durability black felt
- Tabletop edge surrounded with milled strips covered with ash wood
- 2 steel base plates bolted underneath to simplify unloading with a forklift
- The lower beam of the frame is filled with vibrated concrete, including steel reinforcement and dispersed reinforcement from polypropylene fibers to ensure stability and rigidity of the construction
- Tilting function (vertical and horizontal alignment of the tabletop) operated by a pneumatic cylinder including a hydraulic speed controller
- Pneumatically operated breaking bars (longitudinal and cross bars) activated via foot pedals; the foot pedal is mounted on a retractable, automatically returnable footrest
- Air cushion system with integrated high-pressure blower enables easy handling of heavy glass panes on the tabletop (blower is operated via a foot pedal mounted on the footrest and via two additional switches integrated into the tabletop edge; air is blown under the glass panes, significantly reducing friction)
- The breaking bar protrusion above the tabletop is adjustable
