GLASS CUTTING TABLE FEATURES:

- Manually extendable support arms for vertical loading (covered with interchangeable ash wood blocks)
- 4 swivel casters Ø80 mm made of polyamide, designed for heavy-duty use, for table relocation
- 4 height-adjustable feet for precise horizontal table alignment at the workstation

- Table surface: high-durability black felt
- Tabletop perimeter: milled strips covered with ash wood
- 2 steel plates bolted to the underside, to facilitate unloading with a forklift
- Lower beam of the frame filled with vibrated concrete including steel reinforcement and dispersed polypropylene fibers, ensuring stability and rigidity of the construction
- Tilting movement (vertical, horizontal alignment of tabletop) via pneumatic cylinder with integrated hydraulic speed controller
- Pneumatically operated breaking bars (longitudinal and cross bars) activated by foot pedals mounted on a slide-out and self-retracting foot control panel
- Air cushion system with built-in high-pressure fan enables effortless handling of heavy glass sheets on the tabletop (the fan is switched on via a foot pedal on the foot control panel and two additional switches installed on the table perimeter, blowing air under the glass plate to significantly reduce friction)
- The protrusion height of the breaking bars above the tabletop can be adjusted
