We are a manufacturer of glass cutting tables with various equipment options. GLASS CUTTING TABLE FEATURES:

- Manually extendable support arms for vertical loading (covered with replaceable ash wood blocks),

- 4 swivel castors Ø80 mm made of polyamide designed for very heavy loads to move the table,

- 4 height-adjustable feet to ensure precise horizontal alignment of the table at the workplace,

- Tabletop surface: high-resistance black felt,

- Tabletop edge covered with milled ash wood strips,

- 2 steel plates bolted underneath to facilitate unloading with a forklift,

- The lower frame beam is filled with vibrated concrete, including steel reinforcement and dispersed polypropylene fibre reinforcement, to ensure the stability and rigidity of the frame construction,

- Tilting function (vertical/horizontal alignment of the tabletop) achieved by means of a pneumatic cylinder with hydraulic speed control,

- Pneumatically controlled breaking bars (longitudinal and cross breaker) operated by foot pedals; the foot pedal is mounted on a retractable and automatically retracting footboard,

- Air cushion system with built-in high-pressure blower allows easy handling of heavy glass panes on the table surface (the blower is activated by a foot pedal on the footboard and by two additional switches integrated into the edge of the tabletop. This blows air beneath the glass panes, significantly reducing friction),

- The projection height of the breaking bars above the table surface can be adjusted.
