INFORMATION ON SALES AND CONTRACT CONDITIONS:

MACHINE CONDITION:
This ESTERER frame saw, Type LSH 65, was in flawless operation and fully functional until three years ago. The equipment includes a stationary control panel in front of the frame saw as well as a mobile control desk on the trolley. A hydraulic tensioning device for clamping the saw blades horizontally and vertically is mounted on the frame. The electric motor drive with gearbox is included in the offer.

DELIVERY AND PRICE:
Delivery takes place after full payment of the purchase price. The price is ex-foundation and is payable directly to the seller on site after the contract is concluded and before dismantling commences.

WARRANTY:
The seller assumes no warranty, neither before nor after the handover of the respective machine – purchased as seen. The buyer has no right of withdrawal.

DISMANTLING:
Complete dismantling, including lifting gear, auxiliary equipment, and transport, is the responsibility of the buyer. The handover of the machine takes place on site. Any damages to the building caused during dismantling must be repaired by the buyer or will be invoiced separately.

The completion of the sale will be mutually confirmed by a purchase contract.
