Gooseneck:
- Gooseneck with front chamfered corners approx. 45° and with rear bevel approx. 750 mm x 10°.
- 3 pairs of lashing rings (LC 5,000 daN).
- Hardwood flooring approx. 30 mm thick.

Loading Platform:
- Loading platform hydraulically liftable and lowerable after the gooseneck, length approx. 2,800 mm, with rear bevel approx. 1,000 mm x 8°.
- 6 pairs of outward-folding lashing rings (LC 5,000 daN).
- 2 pairs of outward-folding lashing rings (LC 10,000 daN).
- 1 pair of inward-folding lashing rings at the front central beam (LC 10,000 daN).
- Cutouts in the outer frame of the loading platform for attaching tension belts (LC 2,000 daN).
- Grating surface C40/4 (point load approx. 2.3 t on an area of approx. 20 x 20 cm), above the axles checker plate floor.

Two-part Steel Ramps:
- One pair of galvanized two-piece steel ramps, approx. 2,750 + 1,400 x 800 mm, with grating surface C40/4 (point load approx. 2.2 t on an area of approx. 20 x 20 cm).
- Ramp with hydraulically folding/unfolding ramp sections.
- Hydraulic lifting gear, hydraulically adjustable.
- Maximum load per pair: approx. 40,000 kg.

Landing Legs:
- JOST landing legs (mechanical) with 2-speed gearbox for approx. 24 t lifting capacity (approx. 50 t test load).

Axles:
- BPW axles and suspension, 2 axles rigid, 1 axle self-steering.
- Technical axle load: 12,000 kg each.
- Electromagnetic reverse lock via reverse gear and manual activation.
- Air suspension with lifting/lowering valve.

Braking System:
- WABCO braking system according to EU regulations with EBS-E (2S2M).

Tyres:
- Tyres 235/75 R 17.5 3PMSF, brand at our discretion.

TPMS:
- TPMS tyre pressure monitoring system according to ECE R 141.

Painting:
- HRM metallization of the entire vehicle chassis with ZINACOR 850 (85% zinc / 15% aluminium) for optimal corrosion protection.
- Final painting with 2 coats of 2K top coat, single color in RAL 3002 Carmine red according to RAL system 841GL. Rims in silver grey.

- 2-inch king pin
- One galvanized steel front wall, approx. 400 mm high
- Grating surface in the gooseneck bevel C30/3 (point load approx. 2 t on an area of approx. 20 x 20 cm)
- Grating surface in the loading platform bevel C40/4 (point load approx. 3.4 t on an area of approx. 20 x 20 cm)
- Painted sand coating as anti-slip protection on the checker plate above king pin and loading platform

- One electric cable winch with radio remote control, approx. 5,400 kg lifting capacity, incl. approx. 9.5 mm steel cable, approx. 24 m long, with cable guide roller (± 88kg)
