Tank Construction:
A horizontal tank made from aluminium alloy (AW5083 Peraluman 45 AlMg 4.5 Mn), single-compartment tank, with a capacity of 60,000 ltr., tank warranty: 24 months from delivery

Operating Parameters:
Pressure vessel compliant with Pressure Equipment Directive PED 97/23/CE. Wall thickness approx. 5 mm, test pressure 3.0 bar - operating pressure 2.0 bar, operating temperature -40° to +80°

Filling Options:
5 manholes DN 450 with swivel and folding dome covers. Dome covers are sealed pressure-tight with 4 wing nuts each, rubber support for covers on top, rain bar closed at front, open at rear

Material Discharge:
1 material discharge cone DN 800 made from stainless steel (INOX), foldable with INOX disc for loosening, discharge cone swivels to side, shut-off valve DN 150 with white seal, connection: STORZ-A

Air Piping:
One 2.5" stainless steel air manifold mounted right-hand side operating side, one 4" stainless steel air distribution pipe at the rear of the tank, air valves (shut-off valves) in INOX, upper air hose and air connection hoses with 2'' STORZ couplings, micron filter, vacuum valve on top of the tank, 1x vibrator 1 m before the pivot bearing

Ladder and Walkway:
1 aluminium ladder mounted at rear left of the vehicle, 1 aluminium safety scissor handrail with separate fold-out ladder section operable from below, held with parking brake when opened, 1 aluminium safety walkway runs along left top edge of the tank, anti-slip coating on the tank

Discharge Hose Storage:
4 discharge hose carriers, 5 m long DN 200 aluminium, with 4 hoses DN 100 and STORZ couplings, hose carrier with compressor hose D.76

Accessories:
The lateral underrun protection is made from anodised aluminium version
