Ficep Tipo G31 LG

The FICEP Tipo G31 sheet processing center is designed for the efficient machining of steel plates and flat steel in steel construction and steel trade sectors.

The Ficep Tipo G31 LG can perform drilling, center punching, thread cutting, countersinking, marking, milling, oxy-fuel cutting, and plasma cutting on flat steel or sheet plates within a single system, accommodating a maximum plate width of 3,100 mm and a plate length of 14,000 mm.

This CNC-controlled sheet processing center is equipped with two 26 kW drilling units. Two tool changers, each with 24 tool stations for ISO 40 tool holders, enable automatic tool changing. The system is suitable for plate sizes with the following dimensions: minimum plate width 200 mm, maximum 3,100 mm; minimum plate length 2,500 mm, maximum 14,000 mm.

A powerful and modern Hypertherm HPR 400 XD plasma source is available for plasma cutting. In addition, the system is fitted with an oxy-fuel torch for cutting thick materials.

The drilling unit, featuring high torque and spindle speeds up to 6,000 rpm, is designed for drilling with solid carbide tools—including solid carbide drills, Nenok Multiplex indexable insert tools—as well as for use with HSS coolant channel drills, for drilling diameters from 10 mm to 40 mm.

The Ficep Tipo G31 system is in very good condition and has only a few operating hours.
