Precise and uniform application with any type of adhesive, outstanding technical features, combined with high operational reliability, functionality and operator safety, position this machine at the top of the 2-roller glue application machines category.

The application roller is covered with acid-resistant rubber, ground and grooved for durability. It is built with a practical rubber layer, which allows for 6-7 regrindings. Dismantling is simple and quick.

Precise and even application on one or both faces of the panels. Special shock absorbers on the roller supports allow automatic opening of the rollers. The depth can be adapted to spread panels of different thicknesses within 5 mm, compensating for any deviations in panel parallelism.

Uniform glue dosing is assured by a rectified distribution tank made from sheet metal, with quick-removal design for easy cleaning.

Drip trays for glue and wash water, made of galvanized sheet metal, are retractable for convenient cleaning.

Protective covers on the rollers and glue distribution tank, made from sheet metal, prevent the insertion of any object between the rollers exceeding 5 mm above the set opening, guaranteeing maximum operator safety.

Electrical components are enclosed in a waterproof housing with fuses and thermal protection for the motor and transformer.

Control panel equipped with start button, stop button, and warning light (24 V).
