For horizontal handling of smooth, dry, and airtight panels.
Robust steel carrying frame, painted in RAL 2000, featuring low dead weight.

Consisting of:
- 1x Galvanised longitudinal beam, length 2,400 mm
- 3x Galvanised cross beams, length 1,000 mm each
- 6x Spring-mounted, articulated, and adjustable suction cup holders
- 6x Suction cups Ø 215 mm; in case of wear, the gasket can be replaced easily and economically without tools, separate from the metal carrier
- 6x Ball valves to disable individual suction cups, enabling safe lifting of smaller formats without shifting suction cups or beams
- 1x Spiral extension cable, small coil:
* Extendable to 3,500 mm, supplied as extension cable with CEE plug and coupling
* Routed alongside load chain to the lifting device

- Low-maintenance, high-quality dry-running rotary vane vacuum pump with a suction capacity of 8 m³/h and a final vacuum of 85% (150 mbar)
- Electrical connection:
3-phase, 230/400 V + PE, 50 Hz, with cable (approx. 0.5 m long) and CEE plug (16 A). Isolation transformer integrated in control panel (necessary if the vacuum lifter is connected via the crane trolley and no neutral conductor is available)
- Operating handle extendable up to 1,000 mm from the beam centre

The wear-free and extremely robust hand sliding valve ensures secure suction and release when pressing the unlock button (double-action release as per EN 13155)
