Vacuum Lifter VH 8-1000
For horizontal transport of smooth, dry, and airtight panels.
Robust steel carrying frame, painted in RAL 2000 with low dead weight.

Consisting of:
- 1x galvanized longitudinal beam, 2,400 mm long
- 4x galvanized cross beams, 1,000 mm long each
- 8x spring-loaded, articulated, and adjustable suction cup holders
- 8x suction cups, Ø 280 mm; the seal can be economically and tool-free replaced separately from its metal support when worn
- 8x ball valves for isolating individual suction pads, allowing smaller formats to be lifted without needing to reposition suction pads or beams
- 1x coiled connection cable (small coil):
* With an extension length of 3,500 mm, designed as an extension cable with CEE plug and coupling.
* Routed alongside the load chain to the lifting device.

- Low-maintenance, high-quality, oil-lubricated rotary vane vacuum pump with a suction capacity of 21 m³/h and a final vacuum of 98% (20 mbar)
- Electrical connection:
3-phase 230/400 V + PE, 50 Hz, with cable (approx. 0.5 m long) and CEE plug (16 A). An isolation transformer is integrated into the control system (necessary if vacuum lifter is connected via crane trolley and there is no neutral conductor)
- Extendable operating handle up to 1,000 mm from beam center
- Sturdy metal box for crane controls included at no extra charge
- Operation “Suction / Release” via hand slide valve:
The durable and wear-free hand slide valve ensures safe suction and release after pressing the release button (dual-action release per EN 13155)
