The container scale from WeDi GmbH is designed to determine the fill level of roll-off containers. It consists of two drive-on ramps measuring 1000 mm x 400 mm x 160 mm, made from 10 mm thick steel plates, including end stops with reinforcing plates and struts, as well as side-centering rails and mounting holes. One weighing beam, 100 mm x 100 mm, length 2,300 mm, constructed as a U-profile with a thickness of 10 mm and holes for attaching load cells. One weighing beam, 100 mm x 100 mm x 1,400 mm length, constructed as a U-profile, 10 mm thick, with holes for securing load cells, including a 10 mm steel support plate, reinforcing plates made from 10 mm steel, and a 20 mm x 20 mm square bar for lateral guidance of the weighing beam.

For weight measurement, the system uses one BKSB 15000 load cell kit with a weighing capacity of 15,000 kg, readability 2 kg, featuring 4 x K30S 5000 load cells with spacer plates, 4 load feet, 1 JBB-04 junction and trim box, and a 10 m scale cable for connection to the display electronics.
The weighing electronics feature a BWI weighing indicator with an illuminated 50 mm large display, dimensions 250 x 160 x 60 mm. Housed in a high-quality, low-profile plastic enclosure; user-friendly operation. Basic functions: Tare, Zero, Gross/Net. The container scale is calibrated by us on site to zero = empty Cat 3 container tare weight. Power supply is 220 volts.
